Hyperliquid weekly update: Trading changes and new integrations

- TWAP orders will now pause instead of canceling when stop prices are breached.
- Pumpfun and Nika have integrated Hyperliquid perps via builder codes.
- EQX has deployed RWA spot assets on HyperCore.
Trading
ICE x trade[xyz] has announced their intention to deploy HIP-3 markets: https://x.com/HyperliquidX/status/2115782848192118861
Additionally, an update to TWAPs states that TWAP orders with a stop price will now be paused instead of canceled when the stop price is breached. This allows TWAP orders to resume if the stop price is no longer breached within the TWAP duration.
